You can change your phone number in your Profile settings:
- Go to the "Profile" page;
- Click on your phone number;
- Confirm your old number by clicking on the "Request a code" button;
- Enter the code you received to the old number and click “Confirm”;
- Enter a new phone number and click on the "Request a code" button again;
- Enter the code and click “Confirm”.
What if I don’t have access to my old number?
In case your old number has been lost, to change it you need to send a request to our e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Your full name;
- Your new number;
- A photo where you hold your passport / ID card (or any other document used for verification of your Personal Area) near your face. Like this:
